24 May 2012 Walk around

Perilla guarding a sunflower from the killer rabbits.
Shasta daises getting ready, any day now...
 The beans have their poles
 The raspberries are getting ready
 The hibiscus thrives!
 As does his queen...
The new, south 15" raised bed, planted with some seeds and ready for more seedlings. Last year's north bed in the distance.
 New 5" herb bed
 Strawberries by the rain barrel
Dianthus is making a comeback and the killer rabbits have not bothered her.
Raspberry Swirl Maiden Pink
Gaillardia's first sign of color
Burgundy Blanket Flower
 The front walk for reference

 The side walk
The butterfly bush is coming back fine
Peonies so pink the camera pukes
 Lavender's first sign of color
Yarrow has been in color for almost a week.
Cone flower is lush
 New plantings from JoAn

New volunteer raspberry under the cherry tree
 This thing is nice
 This one too
My transplanted rose bush shows me a little something for my effort
